IAKoncept Prospection application and Google data

The IAKoncept Prospection application may use Google services only when access has been authorized by the relevant Google account. It uses the Gmail API to read the content of received emails needed to detect prospect replies, and Google Sheets to write or organize data used for IAKoncept commercial prospecting follow-up.

• Google data processed: content of received emails through the Gmail API, metadata needed for follow-up, and data recorded or updated in Google Sheets.
• Purpose: detect prospect replies, identify enquiries that require human follow-up, and structure IAKoncept commercial prospecting management.
• Retention: data from Gmail or Google Sheets is kept only for the time needed for prospecting follow-up, then deleted or archived according to applicable obligations and the instructions of the account concerned.
• Sharing: Google data is not sold, not transferred to third parties, and not used for advertising, ad retargeting, or data resale.
• Human access: access to content is limited to authorized people when necessary for operation, support, security, or a legal obligation.
• Security: restricted access, protected Google credentials and authorizations, and data processed in an environment whose access is limited to operational needs.

Transfers outside the European Union

Using third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or social networks may involve transfers outside the European Union under their own terms. IAKoncept limits data collected from the website to what is strictly necessary.
